Do you take returns?
Yes. However, it is extremely important to follow the instructions listed in our store's policies at Return Merchandise Policy

Can I pay using my Paypal account?
Yes, and we prefer you to use Paypal. We also accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. We do accept money orders. Just know that your items will not be shipped until the money order is received. See Accepted Methods of Payment on our Store Policies page.

Do you ship World Wide?
No, not at this time. Most of our drop shippers do not ship world wide and because of that we can not. We are hopping to be able to ship world wide in the future, but for now we are only shipping with in the United States.

What type of shipping do you use?
We ship mostly using ground services when ever possible. (FedEx ground and UPS ground) At times we will ship smaller items using the United States Postal Service.

How long will it take for you order to arrive?
That depends on where the items are being shipped and the time of year. Most often it will take 3 to 10 business days. However there will be times when your may arrive sooner. See Shipping Time on our Store Policy page.

Will my order arrive at the same time in the same box?
Not necessarily. We do use a few third party drop shippers and if you order an item that is drop shipped it will come separately. Of course this is at no extra charge to you, just now that if not everything is in the box your receive, more is most likely on the way.

How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping is 8.5% of your total order, so it really depends on how much you order.

Do you charge a handling fee?
Yes. We charge a $5.00 handling fee on all orders. This is to cover all of our packing and drop shipping expenses. Please keep this in mind when ordering Scrapbook items. We recommend ordering at least $20.00 worth of items to make your shipping cost worth while.
